PreNatal Yoga Mondays

Prenatal Yoga uses gentle postures, movement and breathing to help ease common pregnancy pains and prepare for labor & birth. This class will create focus, build strength and provide time for relaxation and reflection. The class also brings awareness for moms to align their mind and body with their growing baby in a safe, peaceful and supportive environment. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way for expectant mothers to connect with other moms in the community, as well as exploring their internal wisdom through the ever-changing pregnancy journey. This class is appropriate for both new and experienced students.
